Throughout the day
Every session
has a purpose.
Feedback is turned into a focused objective before the next run, so every session contributes to a clear development direction.
Full trackside support
Professional coaching and guidance throughout the day, built around your event schedule.
Data analysis
Detailed review between sessions to understand the performance differences that matter.
Video review
Use onboard footage to connect technique, positioning and decision-making with what happened on track.
Focused objectives
Leave for every session with specific, practical areas to work on and circuit reference notes where available.
Who it is for
Build the complete driver.
Designed for up-and-coming racing drivers, drivers making the transition from karting into cars, and amateur or club racers who want professional support.
The work goes beyond copying reference data or being told to brake later. Each review is used to build the understanding and adaptability you need to improve across changing cars, circuits and conditions.

Practical details
Before the event.
Every event is discussed before booking so the scope and costs are clear.
Where is support available?
Predominantly in the UK. International coaching is available by arrangement.
Are expenses included?
No. Travel, accommodation and other reasonable expenses are charged in addition to the coaching day rate. These costs are agreed with you before the booking is confirmed.
When is payment due?
A £150 deposit per coaching day is paid to secure the agreed date or dates. The remaining balance is invoiced following the event and is payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
How is international travel charged?
International bookings include a £150 charge for each travel day, in addition to the coaching rate and reasonable expenses.
What does a coaching day cover?
The coaching day covers the event’s scheduled running time plus the review work completed afterwards.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
With at least 30 days’ notice, you may reschedule once or receive a refund, less any non-refundable expenses already agreed and incurred. With less notice, requests are assessed case by case. Any amount retained will be limited to agreed, unrecoverable expenses and the genuine net loss remaining after reasonable steps have been taken to reduce that loss.
What happens if I do not attend?
A no-show is non-refundable only to the extent that the payment represents genuine, unrecoverable loss.
What if CW Driver Development cancels?
You may choose a full refund of payments made to CW Driver Development or move the booking to another agreed date.
What if the circuit or organiser cancels?
If weather or another issue outside CW Driver Development’s control causes the circuit or organiser to cancel or postpone the day, rescheduling will be offered first. If a suitable new date cannot be arranged, payments made to CW Driver Development will be refunded less any expenses that were agreed in advance and cannot reasonably be recovered.
Who arranges circuit access?
The client is responsible for arranging and paying for all circuit access, passes and event credentials required for the coaching day.
Can drivers under 18 take part?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking, accept the terms and provide consent. They must remain at the circuit and reasonably available throughout the coaching day. They do not need to stay beside the driver unless required by the venue, event organiser or safeguarding circumstances. Direct communications will go through the guardian or include them.
Are results guaranteed?
No particular lap-time improvement, race result or career outcome can be guaranteed. Coaching provides professional analysis and guidance, and will be delivered with reasonable care and skill.
Can I share circuit notes or coaching materials?
Circuit reference notes and any other materials supplied by CW Driver Development are for your personal use. Publishing them or sharing them publicly requires prior permission.
How do I book?
