One membership tier will be available at launch. The first 20 members can join it at the founding rate, after which it will be available at the standard monthly price. Additional higher tiers may be introduced in the future.

Keep the £15 monthly rate for the original launch tier for the duration of your continuous membership. Future higher tiers will be priced separately. Cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid billing period. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate will no longer apply.

Explore the AcademyMembership is available worldwide wherever Patreon is supported, subject to applicable local restrictions. Membership is monthly only and has no free trial. Membership is not yet available to purchase. Join the waitlist to receive launch and availability details. After launch, subscriptions and recurring payments will be purchased and managed through Patreon. Members are charged when they join and the subscription renews automatically each month on their subscription date until cancelled. Membership is subject to the CW Driver Development service terms and Patreon’s applicable terms. Refund requests are handled through Patreon under its current refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Drivers under 18 may join when a parent or legal guardian purchases and manages the membership, accepts the terms and provides consent. Junior members may use Discord only if they meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for their country and their parent or guardian agrees to their use. If the junior member is too young to use Discord, their parent or guardian may access the Academy Discord on their behalf for updates, communication and lap submissions.

Every member receives access to all Academy learning formats for as long as their membership remains active.
Pre-recorded courses
Start with the Driving Fundamentals course at launch. New modules will be released every week, expanding this course and forming new courses as the library grows.
Live workshops
Explore important driving topics in depth and connect the theory to real situations. Recordings remain available indefinitely to active members, subject to the Academy and its hosting platforms continuing to operate.
Lap-review sessions
Submit your laps through the Academy Discord for live review sessions. A limited number can be selected for each session due to the time available, so submission does not guarantee a review. Laps are chosen for their relevance to the current Academy topic and their value as learning and discussion examples. Recordings remain available indefinitely to active members, subject to the Academy and its hosting platforms continuing to operate.
Weekly lap-time challenges
Compete in a new challenge each week and put your learning into practice. The fastest eligible driver receives the published prize. The car, circuit, dates, eligibility and confirmed prize will be published before each challenge begins.
Across live workshops and lap-review sessions, members can expect an average of three live sessions each month, with more added where Calan’s schedule allows.
The Academy launches with Driving Fundamentals, followed by a new pre-recorded module every week.
Active membership also includes ongoing access to the private Academy Discord for member discussion, lap submissions, challenge information and session updates. Calan communicates regularly and answers member questions when practical, but a response to every question or within a particular time is not guaranteed.
Academy courses, recordings, notes and other member materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Members must not republish, redistribute, resell or share access to the content without prior permission from CW Driver Development.
Live Academy sessions may be recorded for the member library. Reasonable steps will be taken to remove or obscure identifying usernames, voices and personal details from recordings and submitted lap footage, but complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in every live or recorded contribution.
